The Company will, in my opinion,
increased the number of authorized shares
to 5 billion, for the purpose to have available,
if necessary, some additional restricted shares
to be utilized as part of any acquisition
of profitable entities, or for the exchange of services
that would be extremely beneficial
toward the growth of Iconic Brands.
