I give it about a 50/50 chance of the judge granting the EOC in 2 days.

I also think this may just take more time to evolve. I give the EOC about a 80% chance of being granted at some point in time over the next 6 months.

If the EOC is granted in 2 days, this will likely go between .50 and $1 by years end.
