It's not a matter of what has been done so much as how well has it been done...

Bush rates a complete failure.

He has NOTHING positive to show for $307+ BILLION dollars spent and hocked your children and grandchildren's future with no profit to be had....

That's abject failure in about any sensible person's eyes.
