Just read that a group of non-OPEC oil producers led by Russia have agreed to cut supplies by nearly 600,000 barrels a day, largely matching Saudi Arabia's recommendation. Also, the Saudis maintained they are prepared to further cut their pledged cut-total.
This all adds up perfectly in my opinion. Of course, media hype will immediately focus on rising prices at the pump but it won't sink in right away. So let's enjoy the picnic while the sun is shining.
