Really, a startup biotech? Is that not a bit misleading statement.
BMSN (mother company) back in 2008 was a startup biotech.

Since that time Mr. Koos has spun off Entest Biomedical and Regen Biopharma.
How long is a startup really a startup? Is BMSN also still a startup?
Than Regen was spun off in 2014 BMSN was already 6 years in business.
Is a spin off from a former biotech startup which took over all IP from the mother a startup only because it's a new company?
