I spoke to Dan again this weekend. I spoke to sham CEO's before on a number of occasions. Not getting the vibe from Dan and growing up in NY, I can spot a conman when I see em.

He said that he was working on getting the business side back on track but that it was going to take some time He definitely said he didn't like the share structure.

I didn't talk to him about details because I told him anything we say needs to be open and able to be said to any investor he talks to.

I know for a fact he has the direct line to possible funding so I'm still playing the wait and see game.
