So a teeny, tiny tidbit of information has somehow been leaked to the marketplace prior to the filing of that 8k. But it was just enough to fire the imaginations of pennyland speculations, some of whom have taken it to the extreme of an eventual NASDAQ/NYSE listing after the alleged 1/100 reverse split.
