Could it be because we never got the combo patent? There is no sense in wasting time or money testing 2-73 alongside aricept if we don't have the combo patent. See, way back in the day that was our big Savior, everyone thought we would get a patent of 2-73 + aricept and Pfizer would buy us up. That never happened, as the scores with combo were actually worse than 2-73 alone . That is the justification... this is our last chance as a little company is 2-73 alone at 41 weeks .
