this is done because SPCL is already on the stock market and PIXEL is not.

Pixels financials are millions of percent better than SPCL's because SPCL was essentially "done" as a business. bankrupt

little to no debt will carryover. per se.

this is "essentially" what a Reverse Merger produces.

Pixel will become a stock on the markets... cheaper "quicker" than it would take to do it for themselves (this normal method is called IPO)

Pixels financials are the reason this stock is not dead. And the Reverse merger is happening.
