Agree. The announcement that a statement will be made in the first quarter of 2017 kind of locked the price,since it indicates nothing will materialize until then.But i think CBAI's market price will inch up slowly in December and January in anticipation of a favorable announcement, and CBAI will state more clearly what their intentions are.
