the problem is the investigators in Canada do not think like us. I am canadian and lord knows I have reached out but they are daft. They do not know what to look for. The completely screwed up the KHI one and many others KHI is 13 years in. I am still chewing on that CBC 5th estate Dan and Carol one. The Bugatti guy is classic Montreal.

I will say in my 12 years in my last business I owned I was dealer exclusively for a montreal based outfit. Manufacturing company. absolutely first class organization. Very good owners, and everyone at al levels french or english. treated me very well. I was also very loyal to them.
