I'm not sure I actually gave him permission but soon after I received the email from Dominic asking for info about the contents of the email I sent to Besnier.

What is more than bothersome is the SEC apparently shared what I thought were confidential emails/complaints to the SEC and someone like Dominic responded to those personal email addresses that were sent to the SEC asking for more info.

Certainly we both know they had that info about the Babikian servers being used by Eric Nguyen for his APS plays. and we both know that Babikian's lawyer sent a notice to ihub to delete the postings where it was discussed. and even though IHUB refused they mysteriously disappeared (although IHUB restored them again).

Benoit - that name rings a bell - I was trying to place it.
Amyot had a few friends on facebook with the last name Benoit - but maybe just a common French name??
