With over 13% tutes plus the insiders holding it wouldn't require a majority of the "retail" sharholders to agree. I'd still bet close to 50% plus of the retail shareholders would vote yes for $1.5 Billion buyout offer (which would peg it at close to $30/share)! I know I would vote YES!

Regardless, I'm not selling a single share until either a major partnership announcement or a buyout!
