I could be wrong, but I don't think the AMF has anything to do with a Cease Trade Order on a US stock from one of the Canadian Securities Commissions.

I never really followed URBF closely but I'm not surprised if somebody like Richard Groome was involved there. I remember from my research that Richard Groome was a major insider for the XUII pump&dump (promoted by Awesome Penny Stocks). Groome was also part of APS promoted MILV and he was good friends with Jean-Francois Amyot.

MILV had Leonnel Iruke (John Babikian's personal attorney as well as Adrian Thomas' personal attorney) as legal counsel and Aaron Lamkin as another insider.
