Irrelevant! Where it has spent "the majority of time" IS NOT a range!

A price range is a RANGE... Any trading outside of a range requires the range to be widened... THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE CONCEPT!

It is simply incorrect to refer to it as a range when trades occur outside of it!

Definition of price range: the highest and lowest prices recorded within a given time on a market.

The correct price range for the last 3 months alone is .022 - .049!

"Well the 200 Weekly Moving Average for the PPS is .0376"

Irrelevant in a discussion about a price range...
