"I do too and I am more convinced than before...You know, you can call it hope against better judgement, but there are tons of indications this stock will burst when time is ripe"

I have less confidence than I've ever had before. I'm not sure what you're reading that I'm not...I read every PR that gets put out. We seem to see things very differently. I suppose both of us are speculating. The stock price just seems to confirm my speculation. Have you heard of the "Efficient Market Hypothesis"? Basically, it suggests that the stock price already accounts for all relevant data and thus the market price is basically what it should be.

"struggling is a presumption Spawballer, seemingly backed up by delayed revs and big deals...remember adnas only went to commercialisation last year, with cotton...different verticals are yet to commercialize at scale "

I would argue future success is a far greater assumption. Recent dilution confirms my "struggling company" hypothesis. Only companies that are struggling have to do multiple secondary offerings. As to "big deals," that seems to be the greatest speculation of all. I, of course, hope for them, but I DON'T see big companies lining up as you seem to suggest.

"bears do post concrete details and they concern only the numbers we all know."

Yes, these are all numbers that you may know, but seem to ignore. Concrete details need not be new. They just need to be concrete--hard data. Secondary offerings, lower than expected quarters (the last two), high cash burn rate, and never a time of profitability are all the concrete details to know that the company is not INVESTABLE at this point. AS to the future who knows.

I am certain of this company and that beats "hope"...in my case I post partly on possible co-ops and partnerships based on found info and I post about possible applications and markets...connecting the dots here and there. What´s wrong with that?

Can you not hear your own irrationality in this post? I am "CERTAIN"...and that beats hope. The only way you could be certain is if you KNEW that the company had contracts of substance lined up. Of course, that would be insider info. Your certainty IS hope and faith to the max. I'm okay with hope and faith. But, it's not a great investment technique. Oh yeah, "POSSIBLE" partnerships--again, nothing of SUBSTANCE. That's why the articles you're pulling up have not been convincing to me. Good solid PR's on the otherhand would.

supposed by whom?

The supposed profitability of 4th 2016 was predicted by Zack's and Maxim. Also, members on this board were calling this the crucial quarter. Apdnmill at one point said this quarter would decide if he would cut his losses and get out.

"can get out?" Thought you loved apdn still a bit and thought you made money already...

I've never INVESTED in APDN. I've always tried to jump in for a swing when I thought it could go north. I jumped in at the 3.00 mark based on technicals. I then ASKED THE BOARD (check my post) if they thought a dilution was coming. Someone replied that wasn't possible. Within days, it had happened. My intuition was seemingly correct. The stock crumbled and I was down more than I wanted. I've had success waiting it out...I was down last year when it started it's ascent. Of course, I would like to make money on it, but I'm not holding indefinitely. That method has serverd me well with APDN in the past, as I made a decent bit when it went north last year.

"disagree if you take other stuff into account (no bear ever does)"

I guess you and I read very different stuff about investing. I read the Warren Buffet/Peter Lynch type stuff that says you need a "good" company to invest in. The only way to measure a good company is by their financials.

How come VERY respectable and techleading companies go in bed with adnas when they all can see what bears see? Why big industrynames eagerly join adnas in spite of its "record"? Why government is backing adnas?

I just don't see the big companies. Yes DLA has given APDN token contracts...nothing of substance. Yes, one large cotton company (Louis Dreyfus) has trusted us, but where are the others?

Now, in the interest of being balanced, here are the positives I see with APDN:
1. They lined up Migliani (or whatever is name is). That to me whas a big factor in a comapny heading in the right direction. I hope he produces.

2. They are still alive. They haven't yet run out of money and can continue to raise it apparently. They seem to have cash to make it through another 1/2 year or so.

3. They have a great product that could radically change the world for good. The question is, are they able get it going large scale. Again, I hope so.
