Chris,
did you ever see the movie the "The Money Pit". They (the negligent home contractors) use the same line ("two weeks" in the movie as they dangle the carrot to the unsuspecting homeowner clients that the job completion is only two weeks away again and again as the homeowners keep paying. The story doesn't end well.
If my memory serves me this two week right around the corner motto has been exhausted since we are heading now into Dec 2016.
Two weeks............
