1) Certainly the proxy will be published in about the next week. Assume a RS vote will be on it.

2) They are supposed to have a signed securitization deal in place any day. This will sign over asset rights to Cognate based on terms TBD.

3) Financing. The $2.5M was not even enough to pay the Q-to-date bills. They might well not even be able to afford to unblind the trial with cash on hand.

4) Nasdaq. Kind of ties in with both 1 and 3. Can they resolve the second 20% violation? Can they resolve the $1 issue? Can they get extentions if need be?

5) P3 trial estimated completion., Does it get pushed out again once Dec hits or not?
