So you think just because they admit to shorting they can write anything they want including character assassination?

No.. I think when a group of people make a bunch of accusations about a company (with the sole purpose of preventing it from raising funds) and do it anonymously with NO corroborating evidence with disclaimers explicitly stating (1) the accusations are not factual, (2) the authors intent is to manipulate the stock price and (3) if they are liable it is not in the U.S. court and the liability lasts only a year-- those authors, their accusations are not legitimate. To top it all off, the authors write this bs and then disappear without a another report. They spew their dirty, untrue accusations, make their money and then disappear. No one even knows where they reside or who they are!

I am not a lawyer. I have no clue as to whether NWBO can sue or not. But usually when I see a lawsuit on stock manipulation, its usually because a cheerleader buys into a stock (or shorts it) and then hype (or disparages) the stock WITHOUT REVEALING HIS/HER INVESTMENT POSITION. Here the p5 report tells you they are lying and that they intend to profit from the lies.

You can argue that I am wrong on whether NWBO can sue, but what about my main point that they report is bogus and should be ignored!
