While we can reasonably assume that they are shorting NWBO that allegation is no more or less substantial than anything Phase V said.

Also and correct me if I am wrong, the claims are negotiable in U.K. Courts where libel laws favor the plaintiff something that benefits NWBO, IF the allegations are entirely false.

Regarding P5 being long or short, does it really matter? The point is that they admit they will profit from the report! lol.

Regarding the court system, does that matter when you don't even know who the authors are?! So the P5 authors made all of this hoopla without any evidence at all...and they did it anonymously! They wouldn't even put their names on it. So tell me, how would NWBO file a lawsuit in any court!

Again, the report should have been ignored!
