i look at value issues ... not science but finance/value person...

Market cap $75 mil...

Avid rev's in growing mkt w/ state of art tech.. say $60 mil revs times 2.5 sales (conservative)... so avid at $150 mil value which is double current MC (granted must be divorced from parent)... looked at several scenarios w/ cash flow mult which confirms est...

so the question back to you is value related...

does the ps platform and all IP even with hair including betabodies, exosome patent app have a value greater than zero?

add in NOL's of $500 mil which have value when married to profitable company and hedge funds in the hunt for NOL's...

right now w/ cash the IP value is negative (kudos to mgmt for such a buying opp)
