I don't doubt for a second that the common shares may change, that is why I doubt it will get back to $32 share. That said, I don't think there will be much of a haircut as it looks like this whole SUNE conglomerate was just shuffling the profits down. The subs will loose some short term value but I think it will be close to a wash in the end.

I still think there may be a slight haircut as the short term cash flow financing has to cost something. My guess is a 10 to 20% haircut with new solid financing coming out of it.
