For numerous reasons that I've explained before and that honestly, are not likely to be understood or believed here in this environment but are real as real can be.

As I said, his investment relationship here is arms length. There are very fundamental reasons for that that bulletin board posters who are desperately seeking to portray things one way or the other, are unlikely to care about and therefore to believe. He manages an investment fund, he has legal duties, and is regulated beyond that and subject to typical policies. He is also subject to the criticism of his peers and the objectives of his fund.

IN those contexts, the fact that he has NOT divested so far, given what the shorts have publicized and what difficulties have befallen the company in regards to recent financing arrangements and NASDAQ compliance, to me, is a strong indicator of how much he believes there is value here and that it is fundamentally worth something significant. Otherwise, he'd have been out completely, a long while ago, regardless of the loss at that time.

His potential losses have grown, yet he remains invested. Fund managers don't hang on and ride stock down that they fundamentally don't believe in - they sell, asap.
