Just doing a routine perusal of SEC Edgar it would appear hangover holdings and associated principals have had long standing problems complying with SEC guidelines. All the way back to 2009.

It's never a good thing to see even a single SEC Generated Letter after the UPload description. Most recent and incidentally the same time roughly that hjoe stopped filing with the SEC but started with the useless OTCM but necessary for pumpers to do P&D shtick. Hjoe has had eleven (11) SEC letters. Looks like only a few were even bothered with to answer. Is it possible hjoe has a Wells Notice thrown in there too that they didn't publish? Pink sheet or any other company isn't mandated to publicly announce Wells Notices. Come to think of it, I think hjoe did receive a Wells Notice because I think that's what the SEC sends to a company shortly before action is taken.EDITCorrection, I believe a Wells Notice is sent to a company announcing an ongoing investigation and the beginning of litigation against said company. I would not be surprised that unfortunately for hjoe shareholders there may be a Wells Notice in the hjoe office.

And just like nanotech entertainment did after getting a few SEC generated letters, ntek stopped filing with the SEC, only difference was ntek was smart enough to file a form15 and they still trade today. Hjoe not so much.
