Perhaps we should sticky this--

The RM is first and needs to be announced --along with the Pro Forma Financials--

Then , AFTER , the RM completion is announced, Pixel will petition FINRA for name change, a new CUISP, a new Ticker symbol, and then request permission to change the financial structure with two Reverse Splits--1 for 10 on the AS and 1 for 100 on the OS--

Then the new company will petition for an uplist for their common shares to a capital market exchange--the NASDAQ or the AMEX-etc
