Just a thought but wouldn't it be better to spend more effort trying to help put the toxic financiers out of business. If there are no Kramers or other toxic financiers there will be no companies, scam or otherwise that have access to death spiral financing. Obviously they are the ones making $millions off these financings that hurt every investor in every company they finance.

Now HJOE could have done like some other companies have and done a series of reverse splits but the longterm outcome is always the same.
