No one would throw away 1.5 million dollars worth of shares to help common shareholders unless they believed the company was worth much more than that and they saw potential to make substantially more down the road. It is also good because it immediately raises the value of each and every share a proverbial 50%. If the company is worth $10 and there are 10 shares they are worth $1 each. If someone retires 5 shares and the company is still worth $10 the 5 remaining shares double in value to $2 a piece. I hope this helps.

Due to the language in the PR it seems as though it is not actually completed but in process. It was mentioned however that the next filing released would reflect the share decrease. At that point it will have been completed.

I know many of you are very impatient but in reality this is moving at a much faster pace than any penny stock I've seen. Over the past week the news has been huge and the promised pending news will also be huge. The CEO has been a man of his word so far and there is no reason to think that will change anytime soon. We are holding gold here.
