Can anyone explain to me why a CEO giving up 1.5 billion shares is a good thing? Why would anyone be "thrilled" about that? Keep in mind, I am not a business major. What is the benefit here?
Also, is it actually done? Because "in the process of initiating" sounds very not yet actually done.
