Was going to post this too. Well a lot of stocks in my WL filed NT but I usually try to convince myself that they are late bc they are putting some extra wording in the filings for the merger.lol
Some cos will dereg and THEN when they find a merger they will start filing again . Some cos will file for 20 years and no RM. Usually they get them done in 8 years. Either they get it done fast when the stock is added by FINRA or its a 3-5 year wait.imo
Your stock trades are your own responsibility. No one forces you to make the trade. Always take responsibility for your own decisions and you will never have anyone else to blame
