Delayed 10Q Filing.

Shell, they filed a late filing. Usually that's a pause for concern. But in this case, I see that as a positive. That's because some cog must be thrown into the mix to slow it donw. And any cog is a good cog at ground zero.

This company has been filing with the SEC for years and can't even keep its lights on. And they have nothing but a light bulb. That is what has always perplexed me. Why do they even report to the SEC? It's amazing and a conundrum all at the same time. So when something slows down nothing, right on the heels of a "bribe" (in my interpretation only), that's kinetic energy. And that's why this is bullish to me.
