Hi Tom,
If I average out my purchases of ACG I've got a cost basis of around $7.25, so I'm in same boat as you regarding a Capital Gain. I don't see any place to put the money that would make up for the loss in tax revenue and seriously doubt too much more of a decrease in dividend income from ACG. One way of looking at it would bet to say that based on the original amount invested we're still making over 10% on our money.
