As opposed to "it's a scam even though the SEC won't or hasn't shut it down."
Based on what recent filing would the SEC act on? Oh, that's right, we have yet anutter delinquent Microcrap scam.
I'm following one where despite pumping out 3 material events, they haven't bothered to file an 8K for any. Just because a company is delinquent in its 10K, doesn't mean it can't file 8Ks to keep the market updated. However, not filing anything, means they can continue to pump, and don't have to reconcile the pumps in a SEC filing.
A Microcrap can pump away, as long as they keep the lies generic with plausible deniability. The SEC only has three ways to shutdown the delinquents:
An ongoing informal SEC investigation on past filings comes to fruition.
Detect a Rule 144 violation or illegal dump since going delinquent, involving the insiders/affiliates.
or
Delist due to delinquency 1-2 yrs later. The clock on that for this scam just started in April. Plenty of time left.
Unless the insiders flocked themselves over with an illegal dump, more likely will be delisting.
