Doit4johnny - I think everything is being done appropriately. I think the FAA knows and is extremely clear on the proper path just as all of the players involved.

The "research machines" are being employed in the production or generation of a control pool study.

The control pool will define the basis for "in-process" deployment only after the study demonstrates the product is acceptable and therefore 'meets or beats' the previous methodologies. This will also provide the basis for licensing the units for production where currently the license is only acceptable for 'research'.

In my mind, this also explains Mark's statement of there being sufficient time for the reverse split and up-list application. It actually takes a minimum of three months to acquire 3 months' worth of data.

The control study must statistically address an acceptable risk management pool to form such an acceptance basis allowing the changeover to PrintRite3D® control for mass production.
