That is quite a story. The $13million estimate I don't think is outrageous. Earlier this afternoon I was pondering how much money insiders possibly have made since 2014 with these so called cannabis issues.

I used round figures to keep it simple. What if 10 billion shares have been issued in the past 24 months. If the average price were a penny, it would amount to $100 million.
