OK, here goes..........I posted this on the AOL board also. I understand from someone who emailed Dr. Phan, a few weeks back, that he still plans to retire at the end of this year? Not leave Hrct, but sort of step back. Well, he DID say that he would not retire from Hrct until his DREAM was fulfilled. Which means as far as HE is concerned, everything is still going according to plan, and his dream will be completed by the end of this year. So. I have set my time frame. I will STAY with Hrct until New Years Eve.!! I have held for 2 yrs, but there comes a time when you just have to bite the bullet.........you know what I mean? I really believe that the next 6 months will be the determining time frame for Hrct. WISH ME LUCK !!!!!!! Deb
