Ya Grand Poobah....I know all about that judgement and have had the entire thing read to me....as it is in Spanish. Ummmm, here's a thought....have YOU read it? if you did you see that Lopehandia's name is not mentioned once in the entire thing. You say it "is public knowledge".....really? Maybe you can point out which page of the 74 page document his name is mentioned on.....OK?................. YOU ALSO SAID THAT......

"The courts ruled Mr Lopehandia is the proper party in C-1912-2001"

Well GP.....if that is the case don't you think his name might be in that judgement?

So.....this "public knowledge" your talking about is just you repeating what Lopehandia has said......so prove me wrong GP....where is his name mentioned in either the 2006 or 2008 ruling?

Oh.....before you post that VILLAR was a agent for Lopehandia....I have already posted the document that shows just the opposite is true.....Cristobal and Jorge were agents for Villar....and even that POA was taken away from them long before the MSX deal. So....SHOW ME WHERE YOUR PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE STATEMENT COMES FROM! YOU CAN'T BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST.

Also....even if Villar WAS the agent....he (Villar) was kicked out of C 1912-2001 in October 2014 along with Lopehandia..... you say it was "squashed"? Really......can you point me to that document that squashed the Supreme court ruling???? It would certainly exist if it were true....but you can't show any proof of this either because it does not exist.....like I said before....talk is cheap.
