The court is requiring an update at least 14 days prior to their conference...they are requesting settlement details/status. Some of this info may show up on Pacer and if a settlement has been reached, we may see a filing common with settlements (filing to enter mediation, maybe? Not sure) on that date.

If that happens, we will not see the details of the settlement as that will surely be kept confidential and odds are we will not see any official news. Just the Pacer updates.

If all three settle, we could see an official PR/8-K announcing it anytime between now and November 9th, but again, not likely to get specifics.
