If the suit was holding up Azure deployment, sure. 10 million is nothing when you're looking at holding up a deployment worth billions. That doesn't mean SFOR won, it means MSFT wanted to get their product to market as fast as possible. Rather than waiting in court, they threw some money at it so it would go away.
