Folks who are perennial failures rarely have a stroke of genius. And its not just that things 'fell through' its also how certain directors try to 'handle' business dealings, and also the outright lies that are perpetrated. They've certainly made a name for themselves and that name is 'Don't Deal With Us b/c We'll Screw You', or just plan screw up. No one in the business world worth having will deal with this crew. Any talk of this getting any sustained momentum or being built into a quality Corp is utterly ridiculous.

Having said that could the SP have a little pop if they ever release a filing again (ANY filing?), sure it could, but Id advise you to trade fast and then run like hell!
