I don't post much. Have a small position here.

This is really good news re: water. Here is why. I had land and water shares in western U.S. Sold the water, retained the land now with no water the land has lost at least 1/2 of its value. Moral?

Land with water is much more valuable as a pair. Way to go Jan.
Excellent business decision.
