some good news, wish I could add to my position (up 200%) here.

Being able to lease land with water is a tremendous benefit and will set them apart from other land transactions in the area.

This part of Baja California is barren and in need of developments to bring in jobs and cash to the local economy. If I am reading Jan right he now has the connections with landowners and has delivered his promise to be trusted to lead this development. Today it is 300 or 450 acres of arable organic farmland with water on a total of 1800 (it gets a bit confusing as to what the actual numbers are now two transactions are merged into one) but the next tract may will include residential or commercial property as well.

He has the funding necessary and will shortly turn on the revenue spigot to show a cash flow positive business.

Looking for a nice Christmas present when leases are signed. May be we get to Vegas (5 cent club) quicker than next summer.
