Perhaps you can seek some technical help on understanding ...IDCC patent number 6122511..and the UMTS 2000/2001 March standards for TDD/FDD release R4 WCDMA based ITU documents..I can not furnish any technical input..but I have been told it provides a lock for IDCC/Nokia regarding handover requirements..
