SLNN is only 2 months behind in filings....not years behind. I never saw any stock which got halted because they were 2 months behind on their filings. It has always been 1-2 years of late filings before I ever saw that happen. SLNN would be the first stock ever in history who was halted for being behind two months in their filings if that happened. Which is why I think that is highly unlikely. There are 500-1000 otc stocks who are years behind in their filings and they still trade.
