I don't see well, but I saw nothing at .27 that showed anything definitive. They had just gotten to the car. A woman shouted "Shots Fired:" at, .38.

From my understanding the victim was tasered before he was shot. Unless this group of cops simply decided to kill a Black man, IMO, it's safe to assume some action of the victim instigated the use of force.

Another point is that several cops started running toward the car before "Shot Fired" was heard. I didn't see what got them to start running.

The video shows a series of cuts between the helicopter view and the street level view. If the a helicopter view of the 2 or 3 seconds before the tasering and the gun shot exists, it would give a better idea of just what happened.
