imo ECO was the *middleman* and as i've noted previously *sales and marketing* of a disruptive tech
require a little different expertise .. especially establishing the first sale .. which is also why i noted
that i doubted MC would be the first site .. tho' i do believe P2O has multiple options when it comes
to NYS locations .. i don't blame RH for *trying* ECO .. and he deserves kudos for cutting the cord
after extensions .. and pursuing (what i presume to be) a direct *sale* to a *southern location*

it is *imo* beyond revealing that the 8K filed this week contains a date for the first sale's agreement
even more telling to me is the connections for the first $100,000 raised in August .. there clearly is
a *there* .. there .. i'm not sure if we will ever know the true time line .. but it won't surprise me to
learn that this first sale is over 2 years in the making .. and as i've also noted .. imo the first sale
begets the *follow on* sales .. imo there are 2 interested entities out of the *south* .. one was
noted previously via RH .. (30 processors) .. and this most recent one (5 to 7 sites)

bottom line is P2O's disruptive tech works across multiple levels and at this stage of their history
P2O has one hell of an enviable share structure .. *orchestrated* since 20009 .. and that is exactly why
*non retail* can chase NN and NN's non retail bosses up the ask on very .. very .. tiny *volume* .. ;)
