Its the question everyone could be asking themselves:
Why is this time going to be different
A year ago Heddle thought Eco-Nav would finalize a deal, and he said "soon." Yet Eco-Nav screwed the pooch and Heddle fired them.
Last March Heddle indicated "in the next few weeks..." such and such will be added to... and still nada. Guess he didn't really want "help" via any new "management" after all.
So why this time? Its a legitimate question.
My answer: Heddle got rid of all the CONsultants and Middlemen, and is negotiating directly.
If Heddle built one of the biggest and most successful dry docks and marine fabrication facilities, in two Canadian locations, then I think he can sell processors #4 and #5.
An even bigger question is: what comes after his first sale of machines?
