Pretty much what we expected...They originally wanted to do the R/S prior to release of SIIR, so they would be able to bounce back off of its anticipated success. The shares of MUME are still coming, prospectus will come in the mail, its taking longer because they're in CA. Nothing really new, but they all like SIIR.
