I get the impression that Powell is a little fed up with Trump.

And so is the president.

I think it is personal with the president now over the whole birther/Muslim issue. And Powell confirmed it. It was nothing but a racist bigoted attack on the POTUS.

It is a disgrace that the Republicans are now stuck with the idiot.

Powell suggested in another email that even critical coverage of Trump didn't really work: "To go on and call him an idiot just emboldens him."
