Yes, if you look at the first paragraph of the 8K, it is an institution that did a financing back in Nov, 2013, December 2015 and March 2016. All at substantially higher prices. We don't know if they still own those shares, but they did hold warrants at substantially higher prices. So, by re-pricing those warrants, they are certainly making those parties whole in the process. Let's hope they are holding those shares for much better times, before unloading them.
