ku, I don't need to 'think' or 'speculate' on that one because PPHM said black on white in the Annual brochure that they WOULD NOT reduce the shelf.

So givin their goals is profitability within 21 Months and the ATM usage should be reduced (PPHM proved in the past that they NEVER EVER abused the ATM for anything else then contengency (dose switching) or funding (Sunrise, Avid, etc).

So I feel OK about it know ALTHOUGH it creates a dependency on THIS BoD/Management because if others would come you never know were it goes. Hence good that they are sealed in.
